I has been a loyal Seabrokers customer for 12 years in Spartanburg. Lupita and Yadhit were excellent representatives. Now, they have new representatives, very unfair and not professional at all. I went to renew my home insurance policy, they over charged me $50 dollars, they just told me it was for late payment fee, but that was not true. That is not a honest way to make money, but it is ok. I just want to make sure new customer are aware of this. I will never get back there for my insurance needs and I will never recommend this place again, thank you

YADHIT How unprofessional this lady is, I was explaining what I needed and she told me I disrespect her, I never said anything bad but I think the drama took hold of her, she hung up the call and showed me how unprofessional she is.
