I went today to make a payment and I went through the drive thru at 1 pm and I did not have my I’d so the lady was rude from the start after I told her I didn’t have my I’d. Either way I made the payment she ended up blocking out with a black marker everything on the paper you get after you’ve made a payment. So I ask her what my late fee was bc I am a week late at this point. She goes oh I can’t tell you that you are not on the loan with a big grin on her face. So I went in and gave them alll my information and they inform me I am on the account. The guy micheal that was at the front counter had called ryan up to the front that was in the room with Lindsay for him to shrug his shoulders and tell me he didn’t care that I was upset that all that had happened. All together I will not be back to this location. I know I didn’t have my I’d but with covid going on I didn’t wanna go inside. If she wanted me to come inside bc it was going to be hassle that is all she had to say. I really cannot believe the way I was treated by multiple staff there.
Do not bank with this credit union! Unless you want to be on the phone with them every couple weeks to get your debit card unlocked because they are blocking your purchases " because we suspected it of being a fraudulent charge"! I cannot run away from this credit union and back to an actual bank fast enough!
