This is the worse bank ever!! ATM NEVER works properly, customer experience is terrible. I own my own business and this is ridiculous. I am closing my account and going else where. I wish I could leave a zero star..

A real lack luster of customer service. Unreliable and negligible about communicating issues. If there is a problem with your account or a transaction that you have made through their bank they will not contact you. It’s “not something they do.” I’m glad I don’t bank with this facility.
