I called to make an appointment with a banker. The person answering the phone could not tell me what I needed to bring for my type of transaction, but he made an appointment for me with a banker for the following day. He told me to call back and ask before my appointment. I did, but the banker never got the message that I left with another individual, so my message was not returned. I decided to go in for the appointment anyway. I did not have something that was needed, so I was not able to complete the transaction. Very poor customer service and disregard for my time. I will try another branch in the area.

I make monthly deposits for clients of mine at 3 banks on Chain Bridge Road my clients have accounts at. One is this Wells Fargo location. I get in and out fast. i don’t care for window tellers and other staffs’ disingenuous patter. Now they are closed to the extent of night deposit box locked up.

Worse tellers ever, rude and unreasonable.

Platinum WF customer, tried to open another account, 40 min wait and not accommodating. Not how I expect loyal customers to be treated with plenty of banking competition. The Mgr was not accommodating, last time I even bother going into that branch. They need to cross train tellers and get more efficient or they will continue to lose customers

This is probably the slowest branch I’ve ever been to. Also, they have a ruder Teller. I was walking up to one and he turned his nameplate around so he could continue his conversation with his coworker.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. We generally work with david or ethan, much appreciated. They are always there to help.

This store should have new managers, they really dont give good customer service and dont care about clients, this kind of managers makes me want to CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO!!....

They need to respect their customer time and loyalty.Welsfargo ahould be clear in rules and regulation!

Multiple bad experiences...not going back to any Wells Fargo

The banker helped us establish an account in a very professional manner and assisted me to establish POA authority on another account. It was a pleasure working with Ms Xuan.

They need to hire more people. Only one teller makes it take a really long time waiting in line when there’s a person in front of you with a lot of things to do, it’s really frustrating!!!

Please update your hours on Google! It indicates that you close at 2pm on Saturdays instead of 1pm.
