Just waited 30 min for them to open to walk in and have them tell me they cannot cash my check. They said the server or something was down for all eagle banks. What type of incompetence is this for a bank that banks on “business” accounts.When was the last time you walked into a PNC or Wells etc and they said we can’t cash your check? It’s unheard of, unprofessional, and unprecedented.To add insult to injury, when I had asked when they would be up again they told me “who knows, maybe 10 minutes, maybe 10 hours. Unacceptable. Utterly unacceptable. The millions on millions these banks make and can’t come up with a system that doesn’t crash or at least has back up alternatives for instances where they do. Don’t waste time here. You see all the bad reviews. Terrible bank.

Bad bank and poor lending practices.

I opened business account with this bank and after few days got a letter that because of my other account out standing balance they closed my new account!!!!!!! I call them and told them that I never had a business account anywhere and this is my first time, long story short not only they didn’t care , when I asked to talk to manager they said he will call you but never did, now I understand why this bank has not too many locations and customers, I will go another bank to open a business account with no issue, they told me some other company used my address for their business and that’s why your account is been flagged!!! Really, is it my fault that you guys didn’t get any prove from whoever used my address to open an account?? Very disappointed

After so many years since the branch was originally in Westwood center Drive, I was surprised to receive my statement with a 20% charge fee for my ACH Transfer recently. My financial institution have yet to receive the TRANSFER ( after 1 weeks).Acct # xxxxxx2254VV disappointed.

I went into this bank 30mins ago... I will never go there again. The Indian teller gave me one look and i could tell immediately she was not going to help me.I handed her my government issued ID (employment card), she asked for a debit or credit card which i provided. She then asked for passport which i dont carry around and drivers license which i dont have due to poor vision.Now, i have cashed checks in most banks and the ID info i provided her is always sufficient.I left with no assistance.I was treated badly. Its a pity my employer banks with this bank...im glad i do not have to use them ever again.
