Went there to set up an account for my elderly mother, the customer service and manager are so inadequate I had to close her account. If you only doing online banking might be ok other than the hidden fees.

Been with them for over 25 years, I tolerated them by not going there, but when cash withdraws started to pop up and we werent even in to disputed them for a year but nothing was done, withdraws with no signature or even any paper trails, shady stuff and after all that i was told to BUG off.
