It’s been over 2 hours and I’m still waiting. There’s only 1 person here preparing taxes. And she’s been with the same couple for 2 hours. There’s a lady that came after me and has an appointment but she left after an hour of waiting. It’s ridiculous!!!! I should get a discount for the amount of time I’m wasting here. Hello!!!! It’s Friday and tax season!!!!! For the amount you charge you should gave more employees.
