With a mask on and rubber gloves, I knocked on their locked doors during business hours. Heavy set woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me and nodded to someone to come to the door. I took some steps back just to make him feel reassured during this crisis. He barely opened the door. Upon asking him if they were still doing preparations, he said they were it not now. When I asked him to elaborate, he said thanks and closed the door on me mid sentence. Wow, really professional. People really show who they are during times of duress. Without getting into all the hyperbole, I’ll be sure to never use H&R’s services again.
