Poor service provided by this company. I requested a cancellation over the phone. Followed up a couple of months later and they said it has to be in writing. Sent the email and they referred my account for collections. Even after asking if there is anything else needed they did not said there was a debt or balance.

I must say that I am HIGHLY SATISFIED with the services I receive from Michael Seiler himself and the representatives in his office. Very thorough, patient and always gets my requests completed accurately and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this agent for your insurance needs.
