I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for at least 9 years. The experience has always been easy and straight forward. There has never been any issues or problems. The people running the branch have been wonderful and always so happy to help, especially Julie.

We have been going to Julie at Jackson Hewitt for ten years now and have been treated greatly. We have not had any problems and most of the time we are in and out quickly and happily. Our tax returns have been very generous and having the gold guarantee makes it worry-free, especially since we are now filing as business owners. Would definitely recommend! They are very knowledgeable and can either answer your questions themselves or find someone who can.

This branch is a joke beware !!!!! We had been using Jackson Hewitt for years being a military family it was convenient to have a location anywhere we were stationed. Well now comes the fun part we used this location and the tax preparer Julie who is also branch manager/ supervisor did our taxes ( should be in well trained hands you would think) we file a 1099 and she filed it has a total loss we don’t realize this that’s why we pay to have them done a year later we get that notice from the irs yep we owe 4200 dollars !!!! So we head back in to deal with this we do pay for the gold program the company ends up fixing it and paying for the mistake at this point we are just annoyed about it all ...... now it gets fun this year we file our taxes and guess what we owe another $1654 on taxes on their 5000 mess up and guess what Mrs Julie feels she’s at no fault to any of this we have filed a complaint with corporate still no call back because god forbid anyone take responsibility for their untrained staff ... I requested this 1099 they said I should of received for the gold fix and never got ... I guess email is broken also because they can’t hit send .... so if you want to deal with bs then by all means go to this company... we now will be making a appointment with jag and taking our next step because this is unacceptable!!!!
