Been with IBC for nearly 10 years. My account got hacked, someone made a transaction, and IBC is making ME pay $35 for it overdrafting even though I tried to block the transaction from happening and had my overdraft protection turned off. Closing my accounts.

I have been a customer of IBC for 18 yrs. I came to open up a business account and was very unsatisfied with the service I received. It is very unfortunate that I have to take my business somewhere else because I have to wait 8 hrs opening up an account only to find out that it is still not done. Viannei Selvera is too busy interviewing other managers and has not been able to help me as a customer that I’m at the branch. The manager From quality control has also not been able to help me her name is Dora Amaya.

Great customer service from Jose Luis! I was registering for a new bank account, he explained everything thoroughly and even helped me set up my bank account on my phone with the IBC app!

Most of the time they don’t greet you or thank you when going through motor bank....

Saturday hours are not correct,they close at 3pm not 6pm

I opened my account in San Antonio and I had it for years. Moved to the valley and the service was horrible..They were extremely rude I just closed my account and went to IBC
