There was some basic misunderstanding how this whole thing works. Would recommend Alpha capital giving layman terms heads up to small businesses regarding how the process works. You guys are the experts. I signed up for the 401K because it was recommended. But if noone wants to use it, I expected a pause buttons of sorts. Either way, am giving them 5 stars for all the effort they put in. And most of all, they returned my call graciously after all this. Thanks IAN. I will find other providers.
