Jodi Allmaras provides zero follow up customer service and does not advise her clients regarding coverage. She just sends out irrelevant robo emails.I recently found out that my condo insurance doesn’t cover a loss assessment on the roof because I didn’t purchase extended protection that covers the association’s deductible. Now I have to pay $3,400+ out of pocket because the HOA is splitting the deductible among all units.Most people count on “professionals” to explain the nuances of their product to customers. I knew I had coverage for a loss assessment and it never crossed my mind that I needed to pay for additional coverage in the case of roof damage. Jodi never explained the need for this additional coverage and basically sold a pointless product.I’m a nurse, should I expect all my patients to understand all aspects of their care without my help? Of course not, that would be unethical. Jodi should be ashamed of her lack of care.
