We had a rough experience. Granted , we were during a time of a pandemic so there is some give and take there. But our refinanceTook six months , which oringally was projected one month . The loan amount was changed three different times , and was even wrong on the day of closing by 400.00 dollars . Several times I had to call personally the titleCompany or appraiser to schedule appointments and send correct documents . We also did Not receive our appraisal until the titleCompany explain to prime lending we had too received it and our contacted demanded one by now ( which ended up being after official closing and having too resign documents at a later time ). However , our Loan officer was always very friendly ! :)
