1st time coming to them from referral. Worst experiences. All my tax amended forms got return from the IRS and SSA because they used incorrect forms. Also, they refused to speak to the IRS on my behalf even though they signed and agreed on the tax forms. I paid a lot for them to correct my taxes and I had to pay for other tax preparer to correct them again. A waste of time and money.
