If I could do a fraction of a star I would. I applied for a refi with this company. It took forever to get the Apprasial ordered, finally weeks after the Apprasial was done I was told because of the uniqueness of the home they could only do a variable rate instead of a fixed rate. Ridiculous since the refi was about 46% debt to value ratio. Don’t waste your time.
