My family has had their taxes done by Ginger/Amber for the past couple of years and they are incredibly unresponsive at every turn, ESPECIALLY during this time of tax season of 2020 (though their unresponsiveness is not isolated to this year). It takes them two WEEKS to get back to you for a simple question with reaching out multiple times. To me, this is extremely unprofessional
Not for startups I was trying to get guidance on the services they could provide my business, but the lady that answer the phone didnât seem to have any ideas on how they could help a new business. very disappointed
