I do not recommend. 45 minutes to get through to a rude rep that was not helpful at all. Simply needed payoff statement in order to sell my house. Called back another 45 minutes got a friendly rep who guaranteed I would have the statement by end of business. Big surprise another hour on hold still don’t have the documents I need to close on my home. Terrible experience

Horrible communication. The loan officers lie over and over again. They promise rates and no fee closings only to have different figures presented to you incorrectly leaving you to cancel your close date. This happened twice in a 3 week span of time.Ibrahim Ademola Adeyemo (loan originator), Jake DeLisle (loan originator), and Julieta Campos (loan processor) are absolute liars or they don’t know how to do their jobs let alone count. They gave me 5 different cash to close amounts and when requesting explanations the loan originators stopped responding all together leaving me to rely on customer care and loan processors who were supposedly fixing the multiple errors. I thought the second scheduled close would be quick and make all the drama worth it but in the end they came up with yet a higher figure again and I canceled and gave up. This shouldn’t be that hard. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy being ripped off, lied to, and treated like s**t.

Loan officer left us hanging a month prior to closing. We had everything going for us but our loan officer was not following up with us through the process. I had to let her go..and move on.

Worst lender I have ever used in my life!read the BBB reviews... not good

I received a post card from these people showing my current mortgage information, this was an advertisement from them, it was not in an envelope, just a post-card for all to read. Do they think that everything should be made available for anyone to read? Their answer to my concern was the information is available to anyone who might request it, my guess is that now my neighbors, the mailman and anyone else that may have handled that postcard no longer needs to request this information.
