From the moment you walk in the door you greeted in a professional way, the preparers are very detailed oriented when speaking with you to help you get the most of time and refund. They genuinely care not only about the transaction but about you as a person, and that is why Liberty Tax will always be my go to tax service.

This is my 3rd year filling my taxes with this particular branch. The lady heading the office has a tremendous expertise in tax preparations. She is also very kind teaching her staff some of the in depth analyses. I highly recommend her!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I filed on the January 31st and I WAS TOLD I would get them back on February 14 yeah right it’s 21 days and was more because they forgot to fill out a form! Not to mention the lady was very nice when it came down to me filing but when I called to check status she was very rude saying I’m calling to much But is she hadn’t told me the 14 I wouldn’t be calling after!!! It’s the 22nd and nothing
