SUPERIOR HEALTHPLAN WILL ALWAYS MESS SOMETHING UP ( AMBETTER WHATEVER PLAN WITH SUPERIOR HEALTHPLAN ) AND NOT GET BACK TO YOU. THEY MESSED UP THE CREDENTIALING WITH AN OUT OF STATE DR THEN TOOK A FULL YEAR AND A HALF TO GET US CREDENTIALED. THIS WAS DUE TO LACK OF ASSISTANCE FROM THE PROVIDER REPRESENTATIVES THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO HELP PROVIDERS. NOTHING THEY SAY CAN BE TRUSTED.DENIALS ARE NOT REVIEWED PROPERLY. THEY STATE THEY SENT OUT A LETTER YET WE DO NOT RCV IT (BUT WE RECEIVED ALL THE OTHER MAIL THEY SENT, JUST NOT THESE PARTICULAR LETTERS.....?????) COMPLAINT SENT TO ADDRESS NO RESPONSE, EMAIL SENT NO RESPONSE. MESSAGE SENT THROUGH OUR PROVIDER PORTAL, NO RESPONSE. REFUND REQUEST FROM DIFFERENT STATES ARE SENT TO US. WE ARE IN TEXAS NO REASON WHY WE SHOULD GET INFO FROM GEORGIA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY NICE YES BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH AN ACTUAL PROBLEM, THEY REFER YOU TO THE SAME PEOPLE THAT WILL NOT RESPOND.******WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SET COMMENT WITHOUT A STAR*******

Left a Robo voice message and 7 missed calls on my mother’s phone today trying to reach ME regarding my PREGNANCY which was a private matter that was never dealt with or paid for by my insurance. I want to know exactly how you got this information as this is a HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION and I am seriously considering litigation now that my private business has been shared with a family member

I experience that this insurance it’s hard to qualify for need for kids . Even my doctor told me that is better others insurance because they don’t look for the needs on patient . That is the only insurance that they don’t call to follow on status on patient like Driscoll . My experiences is that my daughter of 17 years old had a stroke and they don’t wanted to approve a medicine for pain .
