Some days you get good service and some days you get remarkable service. Yesterday at BB&T we got remarkable service. Needing to set up a couple of accounts April Baldridge walked us though everything we needed and advised us on things that never even occurred to us. She helped me set up the banking app on my phone, and even listens while my niece told her about our up coming trip to Graceland. She was very kind and thoughtful. Offered more help than we could have hoped for...and if this is one example of the type of service BB&T offers else where then this is truly a wonderful company. I will send everyone I know to you!!!
