I was told we were approved for 1500 down. I then told them I had 700 could that make it happen to.which I was told yes. Then I was told someone would be in touch to go to the next step. However nobody ever called. I had to go to fb to reach Chris. Then he told me he would get back to me Monday. I waited until Wednesday and still no answer. I tried to call and my call would not go through. I had to go back to fb. I was then told that I was not approved. Well they say approval is guaranteed. Then all the sudden we were approved for 3000. I have no idea how it doubled but I do know that I do not appreciate being told by Mike that I should be smart enough to understand that no car dealer in their right mind would take a chance on us. Funny that we currently have a loan out from another finance place and have payed 2 loans off from them. And I thought they worked with people that had bad credit or no credit or trying to rebuild credit.

Mike was amazing! He got the deal done when nobody else could. Gave me a great deal on a truck and gave good money for my trade. Thank you again!
