This Morning 11/16/18 One of their trucks was leaving their location and failed to stop at the end of their entrance. They proceeded to go southbound on Broadway (Towards 58th Ave). I know sometimes the hill can be tricky in that area but I literally saw them drive all the way from the back and turned south on Broadway without stopping or even slowing down. If I could see them, then they could see me. For a Traffic Control Service that is unacceptable. After I honked they proceeded to speed up so I could not get their License Plate But I did get a picture although it is not the best (Again they speed up to avoid me) License plate looks like 830-OBH
