We have went to HR Block for years.... We decided to change after yet another expensive trip without much help. Jackson Hewitt was the nearest location to file taxes this year. We called ahead for times and to see if there were walk ins. The young lady that answered was kind and quick to give us the answers we needed. We arrived in the office about 15-20 minutes later. There were very few people in the office as they were getting ready to close. The wonderful ladies in the office made us feel at home. Ava answered every question we had, explained everything thoroughly and set our minds at ease! We will be returning again!!

Ms Ava is knowledgeable has a sunny disposition and a quick and ready smile for all. She is great at what she does!
