The staff at Baybank is helpful and friendly. Even though I only go into the branch a few times a year, they always remember me by name. Their online banking is easy to use and efficient. I was going to set up an account with Bay Bank, but decided to go elsewhere after my experience. Most of the tellers seemed miserable and more annoyed that they had to help me than anything. Not inviting at all. I would not recommend anyone to bank with them. Unless they like to feel really uncomfortable.
