I have been having the worst experience since Delta County Credit Union switched over to Embers Credit Union. I did not recieve my card in the mail to begin with and had to go get one at the Escanaba Location. I have tried to set up the pin for my card on more than one occasion through both the Marquette office and the phone number they gave me. Nobody has been able to help me with this, and every time I have tried calling the hotline for the pin it kicks me off.

My loan officer Peggy is absolutely the best I have ever worked with, she goes the extra mile to make sure whatever your needs may be are met not only on the financial level but the purchase you are making is also of value. It’s a rarity and a lost art in today’s banking system; I can’t recommend her services enough, first class.

Delta County Credit Union is the best bank in town, by far. DCCU is owned by the customers. Checking and savings is free. Highly recommended.
