Worst customer service ever from the employee Rose. Everytime I come here I use her drive through because I do notice most of the time they don’t wear their masks inside. When they do most of them wear them incorrectly. She told me I could come inside if I wanted to do the deposits I explained to her I don’t feel comfortable going inside their bank at this moment in time. She gave me the worst look, I drove away once I got my receipt. Yesterday I came by to make my normal deposit. When I was getting ready to leave she opened the drawer for the receipt. When my husband who was in the car noticed her being cold he asked me what’s her problem She attempted to argue through the drive through window. I told her to just stop enough is enough already. I don’t know if this is acceptable from your employees but it’s definitely not professional and your customers don’t appreciate it.
It got done I guess? Staff isn’t friendly, extremely long wait, there were two people ahead of us in the drive through line and we waited 30 minutes. This is pretty unacceptable in my opinion. When we got to the window the lady looked angry with us and made me feel like I was the one annoying her. Overall not a pleasant experience at all.
One of the absolute rudest staff ever. There’s never a manager on duty and they have no clue what customer service is all about.
Very very bad services overall bank and branches, as a small business owner you expect them to help but it is the opposite in everything from deposit to credit to loans. I am having trouble getting out as I have many direct deposits already with them. I am going to dedicate all my time to change this week.
