My experience with JH has been tremendous thus far. The prepare, AKiyah, is very friendly and outgoing. The preparer take their time and get to know each situation with care and love. She created such a positive environment and spread great energy and love from the time you enter the door until the time you leave the facility. When calling and asking questions they display great professionalism and patience. I would recommend Jackson Hewitt Forest Park to any and Everyone.

This location is great! Ashley was very welcoming when I came in, back and forth 2-3 times with questions actually lol, but she was very patient and helpful and got me in and out with no hassles. Definitely recommend this spot. =)
