Very disappointed with this branch Banking,Very poor customer services and Skills to Communicate with customers. My Concern is that they told me that someone committed fraudulent charged. Where is my Security and Trust.

Are you ever open?

Everytime I go here they give me horrible customer service . Also act like because I am a new customer that my business is not important enough for their time. I wish I would have gone in to open my account bc I would have never opened up an account with this bank.

Incredibly rude service. The SunTrust representative at this branch left me feeling like my business was not important to SunTrust and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner.
