This is my first time leaving a google review for a company. I felt compelled to do so this time because of the excellent experience I had working with Glenda at BOE. Having gone thru perhaps a dozen or so purchases and refinances over the last 20 years, I can easily say that this was by far the best and simplest process with my home purchase. Throughout the whole process, Glenda was there to answer any questions I had, and also kept me informed as to where we were in the loan process. Bottom line is if you need to refinance or secure a new loan, call Glenda.

Molly was one of the most professional and responsive loan officers I’ve worked with. This was a seamless refi without any hiccups. She also monitored the rates and notified me when they lowered so we could lock in the lowest interest rate possible (even after shopping around and BoE was the lowest out of the very competitive lenders). I live in a different state but I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Super happy with this BoE office and will use again and again. I buy a lot of investment properties and they’re licensed in all 50 states, making any future purchases or refinances so much easier to have a single point of contact. A+!
