Avoid this place. I had my taxes wired to my bank account which me and Donna went over not once... but FOUR times!! So almost 4 weeks pass and she tells me that the account number was wrong and the IRS will issue a check in the mail. Well because of this inconvenience, the money that was owed to her was also on my check. This lady harassed me and others around all in a period of TWO days. Mind you she’s 30 minutes out of the way and me and my husband work therefore, I am not able to just jump up and go. She acted completely unprofessional since day one, her way of greeting you at the door is by yelling “who is it?” Like, who does that!!! Anyways, to wrap it up she accused me of trying to rip her off before the check was even delivered to me. (And I run my own business so there is no way I wouldn’t pay my dues anyways). And to top it off, Donna told our business (which should be PRIVATE) to my husbands friend who reffered us to her before she even talked to me about ANY of this. She claimed she couldn’t reach my phone but is able to reach my husband and everyone else. UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID. The lady tried to write a good review about herself which clearly shows her own name LOL. God bless her!!!!!!!!!
