I was referred to Imelda Castillo from a student that took a tax course with her as an instructor. She is knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the tax information. I am a sole proprietor and has provided very good information to prepare for tax season. I have not received any hassle from the IRS because she does everything to the T as she looks out for the best for her customers.

Very prompt and nice service. Although some of the staff need further training. My deposit information was entered incorrectly and this resulted in the IRS having to mail my refund which is a huge inconvenience. Also my refund was reduced greatly from the original amount due to information being entered incomplete on my tax documents that were mailed to them.
