My wife and I will be taking our business elsewhere after 10 years. Two times I have had an appointment or been asked to come in for something to no avail. The woman I was supposed to meet wasn’t there either time. The last cancellation was actually an hour before I was supposed to be there. I sent some qb files two months ago and let them know I needed them ASAP. A month later they finally asked for the password to get into the files! An entire month after I dropped them off! Then the poor customer service since then was just too much. I try to shop local whenever I can, but service I get from a lot of local businesses is just unsatisfactory. It’s very unsettling. I guess my 10k a year will be valued by someone else since they don’t have the ability/want to do things in a timely and respectable manner.

They have done my corporate accounting for over 10 years and I am very happy with their work.
