I was very satisfied with the service. Grace is an awesome person. However, I do have a complaint about the American Express Serve card that is issued if you opt direct deposit. The card is supposedly unoverdraftable but mine was overdrafted by $10.70 which in turn caused my card to be locked and my account with American Express to be permanently suspended. Now my refund was to hit said card on 2/26 but since this happened, I now have to wait for a check.

Very fast and friendly service. The tax preps are very knowledgable and helped me get a much bigger refund than I expected. I would reccomend to anyone

Went to have my taxes done and i had to tell them about healthcare laws and exemptions since they did not know. I walked out since i know more than they do.
