Horrible customer service. Specifically Kristy. Why is it acceptable to make a 71 year old woman with a walker stand to conduct bank business. Not just withdrawal but lengthy bank business.Never. Have. My. Business. Again.

These are the most rudest women I’ve ever seen. They barely speak, say thank you or anything. Glad I only have to bank with them for work because if it was my personal account I would take my service elsewhere.
