The teller made me feel uncomfortable with the issue I was having with my temporary card. She was a middle aged Latina lady with short hair. Not the best customer service at all. Even though this branch is closest, I prefer to drive further out for better service.
Trevor hung up on me before i was finished asking questions. Kevin Campos told me i could close a credit card over the phone and now they say i need to be there in person.
Customer service goes a long way. Teller Susanna at the Atlantic and Rock Island branch was just horrible. Went in with my aunt who lost her husband and asked her questions about possibly closing the account. Not even an acknowledgment for the customers loss. Just terrible.
Went out of their way to help my mother when she was frauded by stolen mail.
