Shady - do not recommend. Made two payments in past 2 weeks bringing balance down to $12. “Available to spend” shows -$10 even though the payments cleared my bank days ago and show credited to my Sprint home credit account. Called three times to inquire, most recently today with “supervisor” Kim operator ID J63 out of Florida. She says it could take up to ten business days for the available credit to get updated. I say it’s a software glitch that they refuse to look into. I made a formal complaint with the FDIC as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau this week.Since the intent of having this card is to pay my Sprint cell phone bill, this is a problem! The payment was declined even though there is sufficient $ available to cover the bill... they just won’t or can’t make the available credit correct.Kim directed me to one sentence on page 11 of their terms we all agree to when we get this card and it says it could take 10 business days for available credit to reflect the payment. This is not industry standard. I can’t imagine the reason why they would even follow this practice especially since my bank has provided confirmation of funds way before now.Since they have confirmation of payment and have not updated the available credit to properly reflect the balance on the account there can only be one of two things going on here 1) software glitch or 2) apathetic employees who are too lazy to report the glitch and/or raise the issue up to senior management

My son filed for bancruptcy. I lost count on how many times we have given this company his attorneys information yet they still call to harass us. Going to have his attorney file harrassment charges against company.

My ex put me as an authorized user on his account. Home Credit is refusing to let me remive myself and he maxed out the card.

This company is garbage!!! Dont even try do deal with Mark Peterman :(

I don’t recommend this company for any of you guys they’re terrible. Protection team will block your card and make you wait 2 weeks to unblock it. Bad for business

Customer service is good, but their disputes team are difficult to get a hold of, I got through finally and they resolved my claim. Updating score to reflect.
