Paycom has done something, I didn’t think was possible...made ADP conversion/implementation look good! (And ADP is horrid)It has been. 10 months of absolute chaos for us. I will say the end product, if your implementation is done correctly and if your salesman didn’t lie about the features, is pretty nice. But we are still, 10 months later dealing with the following because of the horrible implementation process:Errors on W-2 because implementation set up the state info wrongAccruals don’t work - our policy has been provided and discussed maybe 5 or 6 times. They now say oh we can’t do Vacation that way. We do not carry forward prior year balances in certain areas, but they let that happen.Not one Hourly Holiday the entire year was paid correctly. Same as Accruals - policy was provided and discussed so many times and still it is wrong.2 Taxng entities not setup. We provided the information. They withheld the money next thing you know we are getting late notices and penalty notices.Being charged for services not provided we have been charged delivery fees for entities that are all direct deposit and receive stubs on line. Watch the billing they really hope you aren’t lookingWe were charged several thousand dollars in error for processing fees due to the corrections done for implementation yet they will not refund them. Only apply a credit that we must use against fees. It will Take MONTHS to get all that money back.There is more, but you get the gist.I have documentation of every conversation and error I have listed. This is not a you are awful post. This is a get it together post. As I have told them directly “How can such a great product get so botched up by implementation?”Why am I posting this now? Because just like me, they are getting tired of the problems. To Bad, We did not create the problems, Paycom implementation and sales team did.
