Arcadia locked my company out after allowing us to be late on payments. Beware business owners of Peggy and her son Gary who own this shady company. This company is the worst property management company! STAY FAR AWAY! They will lock you out if you are 5 days late, cancel your lease and release to your competition as well as threaten to personally sue you!!!
