If your company uses Oasis, it is important to find one rep you can call on for all your needs.Anytime you make any changes on their website, you should call and confirm they received the changes.I mostly writing this review because we had someone come to our office to speak about Productive Work Environment. The trainer needed to be trained. What was the point of this training and what was to be the outcome? Our session was cut short because it was clear the trainer was on her 4th training that morning. The trainer seemed tired and uninterested in what she was doing. I have since tried to google the trainer and am unable to find any information on her, what makes her qualified to do this type of training?The training materials were juvenile and insulting, with fill in the blanks and animations.Google Miecha Forbes, this is a trainer, this is someone you should hire to train your trainers.

Poor experience with the Oasis benefits department. Customer service either withheld or were unaware of important information (such as employer contribution) that negatively impacted my healthcare benefits. Technology/Website is very outdated, finding important information usually requires accessing 3rd party websites. Poor UX and extremely limited online features.
