Very slow service. Non-RPI people flood this place on weekdays and exceed the capacity of the 1 teller they normally have staffed here. I’ve been here multiple times where I needed a notary or manager and got turned away because they were busy or the manager on duty didn’t have ability to notarize things. What a terrible way to run a business and treat your credit union members. CapCom has better rates.
Lobby closes at 2 PM on Saturdays so keep that in mind. Drive through is open until 3 PM.
