Had my first car loan here. Used again for an equity loan. Paid both off. Now going to use as my primary bank. Great experiences.

This place is great! That Santander bank is horrible. It was easy to set up an account.They are much larger and have much better customer service and staff.

I opened an account at Webster First in Webster yesterday. Yvelisse helped me and answered all my questions. I walked in this morning and Yvelisse was more than helpful again. What more can I say than Yvelisse and Webster First is great. Thank you for all your help.

Does not stay connected to accounts then charges YOU late fees! Scam

Terrible customer service. The bank provides a service for customers, but when their service faults they charge the customers ridiculous fees. Don’t bother wasting your time here. Halina J was especially rude and unprofessional.

Never had a problem here. Not my preferred bank but their drive up ATM is in a great location
