I made a phone call about international wire transfer,Jeremiyah (do not know the spellings,I talked on the phone) was awesome.Before him,I called three times ,a lady would pick it up and hang up,only first time when she picked up she told me to hold .,I said I cannot hold it is emergency,she put me on hold,then kept on hanging up.Bad attitude.I am customer service person,I let people know that we are under pressure please call us in 15 minutes,she needs to understand she has a responsibility to be nice because she is serving customers even under pressure.Thank you
